VNPF is inviting construction contractors to tender for the upgrades to the first floor space of the ex-Post Office building in Port Vila.
Proposals will be evaluated against the following criteria:
Tender documents are available in hard copy for VT2,500 at the second floor of the VNPF Head Office in Port Vila, or free of charge if you present a USB flash drive.
All enquiries are to be directed to Nicholson Garae by email at Nicholson.Garae@vnpf.com.vu. A pre-tender meeting will be held on site on 10am on 1 July 2022. Please RSVP your attendance.
Sealed or emailed bids must be received no later than 3pm on Monday 16 July 2022 (UTC+11) to the following address:

- Relevant experience including past performance (15%)
- Ability to carry out work - technical skills, management skills and systems, resources and methodology (15%)
- Financial capability - insurance covers and PI's (10%)
- Local content - local expertise supported with CV's (10%)
- Proposed fee value (50%)
